All appointments at Zeel Spa Powai must be booked in advance via call, WhatsApp, or online platforms. Payments can be made through accepted methods at the spa. Advance payment may be required for certain services or peak hours.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be informed at least a few hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or loss of advance payment. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to management approval.
